FIGURE IT OUT wanders each year between Berlin, Leipzig and Stuttgart and presents the diversity of contemporary puppet and object theater. The showcase offers a platform for artistic experiments with puppets, objects, materials, avatars and masks The schedule of programming is supplemented by showings, try outs and interactive encounters between the audience and the artists.
The next Berlin edition in September 2026 at Schaubude Berlin will present productions that look for inclusive forms of expression and that integrate the tools of accessibility in their aesthetic.
