„Besser teilen“ kulturBdigital Conference 2025

Digitality is no longer just an add-on in the cultural sector. Many cultural professionals are streamlining administrative processes, developing hybrid formats, and using digital technologies to make their offerings more accessible to a wider audience. But shrinking budgets are putting the cultural sector under pressure: How can they continue the digital initiatives they've started, sustain newly developed working methods, and maintain a critical engagement with emerging technologies?

The kulturBdigital Conference 2025, organized by the Technologiestiftung Berlin, will take place on October 8, 2025, and offers space for exchange, reflection, and a spirit of solidarity around digital developments in the cultural field.

Together with experts from culture, politics, and public administration, the conference will explore the potential of knowledge-sharing networks, open-source tools, and shared platforms—and discuss the conditions needed to turn good ideas into effective and sustainable practice.

The Call for Participation is open until July 31, 2025.S haring knowledge, licenses, and equipment, building networks—do you have an idea to make all this more effective, sustainable, or innovative?
